Budweiser Invites Two Artists to Hand-Paint 200 Fans for "I'm on My Home Ground"

"Home turf."


Budweiser, as the dominant beer, has officially become the official sponsor of the English Premier League (EPL) and La Liga this year. In the face of Double 11, it is even more important for Budweiser to sit on the home turf and dedicate a wonderful show of "I'm on my home turf" to consumers!

As the most powerful home force on the pitch, the fans' cheers and shouts are the most contagious explosive hormones in the whole stadium, and once triggered, the ground shakes, which who can stop ah!



 

So we invited two artists from Songzhuang, Beijing, to use the most textured oil paintings, hand-painted, to frame a scene belonging to the 200 fans (rounded up that's still a team!) "That's more than 200 people!"

"Count it if you don't believe me!"




Yes, it's this vast, passionate wave of people in the stadium! They cheered and cheered and cheered at home. Wavey and raucous with the best home freeze-frame shots - a big spectacle, no doubt.

In the face of such a "wild" home crowd, the two lead artists, Kuang Ya Ming and Gu Xiao Chen, first hand-drew a rough scene with pencils.

A vast crowd of over 200 people, each one reveling with their expressions.

Then came the long process of rewriting, discussing, and rewriting from the first draft, to the second, to the 996th, to the 'when will it be ready' draft ...... 



We have seen many of our friends reduced to "works of art".



 

I've seen many "models" with headlines that are harder on their heads than they are on their own.



 

We also saw the two artists face a white wall, and on a 2mX3m canvas, they traced and painted their creations one by one.




 

More than that, I have seen the sparks in the sky when the bold and uninhibited artist meets the demands of "Party A", and the fire is so strong that it splashes everywhere.



The difficulty of creation, the tediousness of communication, and the insensitivity of DDL did not make "Art on Main" late.

In the end, a lifelike picture of a hundred fans was presented on time on the stage of the double 11 carnival.



 

There's a bit of a story left to tell about the creation of the whole case...so let's let these 200 people tell it to you in person! Oh yes, and two artists!
