        1. Deeply understand the market situation of the customer's industry, understand brand market strategies, and provide professional strategic brand digital marketing solutions and integrated communication suggestions for customers;
        2. Lead and guide the team's strategic thinking and consumer insights, provide professional and mature strategic brand digital marketing solutions and integrated communication suggestions to customers, assist customers in proposing digital marketing suggestions and solutions, and be responsible for project proposals;
        3. Responsible for developing and controlling the strategic direction, key milestones, and timeline of the project, responsible for assigning work to team members in terms of strategy, and supervising its implementation;
        4. Responsible for organizing and participating in important business discussions, execution, planning, and creative proposal meetings with clients.
    Job requirements:
        1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, public relations, and advertising related work;
        2. Proficient in brand marketing strategies, with strong strategic foresight thinking, especially in the field of brand digital marketing with leading market insight and analytical abilities;
        3. Strong brand and digital marketing content strategy output and control capabilities;
        4. Excellent oral expression and proposal skills, excellent communication and management skills, and good at integrating resources;
        5. At least 3 years of customer service experience in the same position.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    •Develop and conduct creative briefings that provide clear persuasive information.
    • Represent the client’s customers in client meetings and present strategy and research findings.
    • Support and collaborate with global teams as well as local market teams in the day-to-day work
    • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to our client’s business.
    • Generate and present agency’s strategic POVs.
    Qualifications:
    •Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college required
    • 10+ years of work experience in advertising 
    • Able to work with and inspire multidisciplinary teams 
    • Must be passionate about emerging strategy disciplines, such as branding, content, user experience, and native advertising
    Communication Skills:
    • Ability to write compelling, articulate and succinct creative brief and media briefs
    • Ability to read and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data.
    • Proven ability to effectively present to clients and internal audiences.
    • Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to stay on top of emerging digital and advertising industry trends
